Hey there! I'm Jordan, the creator of “Efficient Kitchen.”
As a mom of two young children and an engineer by profession, I understand the challenges that come with managing a household, raising a family, and wanting to provide nutritious meals without breaking the bank.
When I became a mother, I quickly realized how much time and effort it took to plan meals, create shopping lists, and stay within budget, especially with the rising costs of groceries. Balancing my engineering mindset with my desire for a streamlined and efficient household, I embarked on a mission to find a better solution.
Drawing upon my engineering background, problem-solving skills, and passion for optimization, I developed a strategy that revolutionized the way I approached meal planning and grocery shopping. I knew there had to be a way to save time, money, and energy while still ensuring my family enjoyed healthy and delicious meals.
I firmly believe that running a household and feeding your family shouldn't be a burden. It should be a fulfilling and enjoyable experience that leaves you with more time for the important things in life – making memories, pursuing your passions, and cherishing moments with your loved ones.
I enjoy sharing my process, favorite gluten free recipes, freezer and meal prepping. You’ll find a little bit of all of it. I even have a fun weekly post that shares all the things I’m enjoying called the Weekly R.E.P.O.R.T.
Additionally, I very much care about having a low(er) box home that doesn’t stress me out. It’s impossible to be perfect, but I enjoy sharing my favorites that have made the cut working well for my family and me. I’ve been working on lowering my toxic burden for over 10 years now, so I’ve tried a few things along the way. I’ll have posts breaking down my favorite products and how to use them. You can always shop my Amazon store or my ShopMy store for most of the items in my kitchen.
Hope you’ll stick around and subscribe!
