90 Minutes to Make Your Life Easier For Weeks
stock your freezer with this easy meal prep
I’ve never liked premade meal plans because inevitably there is something on the menu that I don’t like or can’t eat. They also usually have twenty one different meals for the week and there is no way I’m cooking three times a day. However, I have been asked many times to put together tried and true recipes as well as I understand that sometimes just having a full example of a concept helps learning it. I have been trying to put together plans once a month for paid subscribers as I hope they help you learn.
In June, I focused on some kid friendly foods so I want to give you an example of how you can spend 90 minutes of your time, and it will pay off for weeks in lightening your load as a mom. You don’t have to give up a weekend, just find a pocket of time and have a plan. (Even better if you have someone to help with the dishes along the way.)
I took three of my recent recipes and put together a grocery list, an order of operations and the recipes all in one place. I hope that by showing you exactly what to do, I can remove as much friction to get you started.
Just a note: this is not a nutritional guide or medical advice. I’m simply sharing three recipes scaled with an order of operations!
